Small problem on a colleague's workstation when he creates an annotation related to a property of parts or drawing bin, it is displayed at creation and then is written in $PRP... or $PRPSHEET...
Impossible to find why.
I think it's a bad system.

To see if it's a system problem (temporary profile reset):
Close solidworks.
Launch solidworks RX and click on this link:
Test the opening of a drawing.
If it works, it comes from the user profile-> change it by loading another user's profile or reset the profile permanently and re-customize afterwards.
No risk with RX the next time SW starts the initial user profile. The " factory " profile is only valid for the duration of one session.
