(under SW2019) I'm looking to customize the line styles in the drawings, for my unfolded lines, with a specific appearance. (Document Property/Line Styles/New) But impossible to save the styles in a file, I have the impression that it forces me to save in .sldlin, or nothing happens, no file created. While it handles it in .lin https://help.solidworks.com/2019/french/solidworks/sldworks/HIDD_OPTIONS_LINE_STYLE.htm
Someone has already looked into the question, I haven't found anything on this subject except the SW university but it doesn't advance me in any way...
Turn on the calques.pdf button (257.8 KB) Hello @y.goaziou_1 , If I'm not mistaken, you should be able to make layers on the 2019 version, I enclose a small explanation that I personally use for the choice of line. So when you need hide line, ply line, fine line, etc... You can select the line and change the layer, which allows you to change its style or change the slap before making the line. I use this at home for when I do the quick drawings I remain available
PS: In the example I put stop hide, but you can rename with the desired name
I tried both, system file and a network file, nada but following your message, I just tried to save it to another place, (desktop ) and it works. as well as the import. So I have to dig in this direction...
Yes, but it's not automatic. I would like to import my unfolded to have a defined line style folded at the bottom / at the top, different in order to simplify the reading of the plan.
Today, I have a distinction in color but not always very easy to see.
To summarize what I would like, I have to be able to define it as native and automatic... which I have not yet succeeded in
edit: After tinkering, I (a priori) succeeded for all my new plans, by saving my DRWDOT model with the desired characteristics. For the old ones, I think it's dead unless you manually load the info's
