Is it possible with SolidWorks Prenium to simulate a cylindrical part that runs through a sketch?

 

See example:

I'd like the center of the cylinder to follow the round sketch.

Yes of course! You have to be in an assembly, sketch and separate part

Put a trajectory constraint.

And that's ok
