Your company has contracted the "myCADservices Support" level, so you can create a ticket from the platform by following this link: https://www.lynkoa.com/helpdesk/assistance
After your request has been taken into account, you will have the opportunity to follow all the stages of progress.
By clicking on the "Help" button you have access to videos and tutorials to better use the myCADservices/Lynkoa platform. Don't hesitate to get inspired by it.
