A question of formatting;
How do you remove the tie line that connects a dimension to the arrows in solidworks?
I need it to write very small next to it like in the example below:
The only solution I can see for the moment is a note placed next to it. not great..

Maybe try to play with the font size already...

I think you can't remove your attachment lines.
On the other hand, you can play with your text position in the "property" on the left (or do it in the options to apply it to all the dimensions of the plan if necessary) and add text on your dimension by left-clicking on it you will bring up a small icon and type text by going on it. So it will remain linked to your rating.

I reduced the police, it's better and it can suit me. I would try to do otherwise later but I believe that what I am asking for is not possible.
