On a single sheet SW drawing with two general tables having two different anchor points

Hello. 

How do I add another anchor  point on a SW drawing for a second general table?

Hello 

I was also looking for this feature, and  to my knowledge it's not feasible, an alternative solution is to draw (+) or lines (with layers) and snap the tables,
