SW 14. Black screen when recording in JPEG

Hello

 

I installed SW14 and since then I can't record in JPEG. Each record gives a black image, whether through the file/save as function, batch converter or during a simulation through the "include image in report" function.

 

Do you have a solution to this pb? or maybe a missing plugin??

What are your recording settings?

 

(File/ save as/select format.jpeg and click on options.

Are the latest certified graphics drivers for SolidWorks and the workstation installed?

The JPEG format is the most used because it is suitable for photography (true color image 32bts)

but for the image of a plan (qlq colors) it is preferable to use the PNG format, which is not destructive (artifact pd visible in jpg when zooming in on a detail)

the PNG format also gives better compression results (due to the qlq colors used  on a SW plane), so the file size is much smaller.
