It's been 10 days since I received my new PC: Lenovo Workstation with 1TB SSD; Nvidia RTX 3000 AND 32GB of Ram...
Everything was going well, and since yesterday my SW2019 only crashes as soon as I press the "save" function after a few minutes of work.
I installed the recommended drivers for SW 2019.
But the problem persists...
I just opened a ticket, but if anyone has already had the problem I'm interested in information.

I also sometimes have this problem with "saved as" (SW2020), a simple restart of the workstation is enough in my case.

After opening a ticket, we resolved the issue with the support technician.
In fact, the window that opens to ask what to record and if to refresh, does not appear on the screen. It is off-screen but does exist! Windows problem...
You have to use > Alt + Space
To recenter the window and validate the SW message.
Otherwise SW remains frozen.
