SW PCB: Piercing a copper pellet on one side only?

Hello

Would there be a way to have a "drilled pad" on one side instead of the 2?

Changing "multi-layer" to "top layer" or "bottom layer" disables through-hole generation... But I want a copper pellet only on one side, but with holes !

If anyone has a less barbaric method than the ones that come to mind, namely the creation of holes in the shape of the pcb and then superimposing pads on them, or even generating a drilling plane with double-sided pads and then changing the pads to single-sided to generate the routing...

Thank you.

For now, the method that seems to me the least dirty is to superimpose 2 pads;

  1. one on one side only, of the shape and size of the pellet,
  2. the other on 2 sides, with holes but of the same size and shape as this hole.

The first creates only the copper zone, the second only the hole.
