We have 5 licenses in our company and I'm the only one who gets kicked out when an additional user opens SolidWorks
I realized that I have a professional version and others a premium one
Is this the reason?

Maybe you are the last license on the list so not priority
If you have 5 licenses and 5 users, normally no worries
If 6 users and 5 licenses may be that you are on a floating license
which version of SW do you have
That's strange. With us, you can no longer log in if all the licenses are taken, that's all.
The new one doesn't eject an old one, and we work with 16 licenses...
I confirm Pascal's post, we had more users than licenses at one time. It was first come, first served!!
Hello
There may be a problem with the unique ID of the pc, which is not "temporarily linked" with the license while working.
I think you should call the reseller's hotline in this case. It will settle everything from the server.
