Hello, I have carried out a linear static study on a mechanically welded chassis, but by viewing the results I know if my chassis is good or I have to react on a specific point!!

Traditionally, we already check that the elastic limit (possibly modified by the safety coef) is not reached, then we check that the deformations are acceptable in relation to the use of the chassis.

I wonder if the curve that represents the elastic limit is the axial stress curve P/A?
