SW2015 - Assembly - 1st Component Fixed Stress

Hello

I'm bothered with a component that I need to rotate a few degrees in an assembly. Inserted as the first component, it is FIXED and I can't find where to remove this fixed constraint.

Do you know where I can remove the FIXED to replace it with other constraints (/ planx for example)?

Eventually, removing the constraint for the time it takes to put the correct part would be enough for me!
