In my opinion, you have to paste the file into the folder where the other hatching is located and they will then be available when selecting the type of hatching
I suspect it =)
But where is this file? ^^
And that's where I put my Joker! ;)
-1 for Tomalam !! ^^
It's for sheet metal doors with glass in them.
Glass doors:p ^^

Thank you all, but this only gives me a wood hatching file to replace with the old hatching file....
What I would like is the same principle for glass.
In my memories, glass is inquired by waves...
Hi, I found this topic on another fofo.
The subject has been solved, I guess the proposed technique works well!

Cdt.
Attached is a scan of my memo.
We can consider that you have 3 options.
Thermal insulation, optical parts, sintered glass. It all depends on the function of your glass.

So these would be optical parts.
See to download it with the full hatch list to avoid losing it.^^
Thank you Joos-g, I read the tutorial, but I didn't understand anything lol:p
Watch this video.

After depending on the type of lens needed, the Index I varies, and an annotation and added for the focal lengths
After that, you have to know this:

Hello
atention, not recommended by SW
I have the "glass sheet" hatching, the problem is that the hatching file is a system file: Sldwks.PTN
Located on Soliworks/lang/english
Open it with your notepad and tell us the version of the file you have
PS: you have the procedure to follow to create your own hatching in this file
*:501:Glass, Porcelain, Ceramic
45, 0,0, 0.25,0.25, 0.25,-0.25
45, 0.0884, 0,0.25,0.25, 0.125,-0.375
or make a copy and paste of the txt above and add it to the end of your file
if it doesn't work, delete what you just did and record
Kind regards
Nicholas
Thank you nicolas, I understood correctly, but I can't find this Sldwks file
Not found in programmedata/solodiworks/lang/english
whether in the 2012, 2013 or 2014
All right!!!
Thank you Nico, it's nikel!
See attached image.
On the other hand, where do you find all these numbers to set up these hatchings???

Hello
It's an AutoCAD base, you have hatchings already made on the internet by searching on Google, I came across a lot of sites talking about this:

The C index is like a machining quality
We use sand, we melt it, we add cullet (crushed glass) and it makes bottles. But depending on the quality, we find broths, stones, etc. which are defects.
The optical glass is at a level of fineness eliminate the maximum defect.
"We sift it"
then the optical glass is polished where the index
