How do I add other symbols (surface finish, Geometric Tolerance) to sketch symbols in Inventor?

When editing a sketch symbol, only lines or circles can be created, but no surface finish symbol or geometric tolerances.

Yes, it is possible in the plan mode by going to the symbol tab.

You can see that there are a whole bunch of symbols.

You can add flatness tolerances, straightness tolerances or surface finish symbols.

Look at the attached pdf where I put these symbols.
