In fact , it's a customer program.
I'm going to see him on Wednesday with his PC, I'll have more marbles to explain his PB. but I would have liked to have had some solutions before to also respond to PBs
I don't think it's talking about disk space, but rather about available system memory.
Look at the resources side to see what could be pumping up so much memory.
Often it's a software bug.
Keep us informed!

+1 with Bart except that it's not obvious that it appears in the windows manager, a bit like with SW when it starts to run out of resources when there is half of the free memory but it (SW) doesn't really free it (especially when you open/close a lot of files successively).
In the meantime, I'll do the test tomorrow with an HP Zbook15 16GB Ram, still in W7 Office 2010
