Hello, do you have any requirements for the placement of the frames, should they be centered or can you possibly create a fixed reference for them and thus already remove 2 moving parts?
Indeed, I have a deadline to meet roughly 2 to 3 months to do it. In addition, with regard to the installation of the frames, given the mobility of a mobile trolley that carries the demoulding suction cups, it is ideal that the frames are in the side flanks and that they have the possibility of moving forward, raising and descending so as to attach themselves to the edges of the moulds during the unmoulding of the slabs (coping). Once the slab is taken by the suction cups, the frames return either to an intermediate position or to their position at rest in advance of the unmolded chassis and so on. I don't know if it elicit you a little more.
To be able to orient yourself on one technique or another, it would be interesting to have an order of magnitude of the races and efforts, the energies available as well as the solutions that have already been considered...
