Hello
I am currently experiencing a problem of developed difference between SW and bending machine.
What would have made tables for steel according to the Vé of the folding machine?
Thank you in advance

Hello
if you ever wish; we work with the K factor and there I have a lot of things...
Manu67: Do you have an Amada folding machine ?
I'm taking your K factors by thickness if you have^^.
Thank you in advance.
Hello
I made folding tables according to the Vé for a Colly folding machine. Namely V12 (for ep15/10th and 2mm), V22 (for ep3mm, 4mm and 5mm), V40 (for ep6 and 8mm) and V60 (for ep10mm, 12mm, 15mm and 20mm).
However, I think it's specific to your machine even if it's from the same brand. Personally, I've done a lot of martyrdom pieces and measurements to define these paintings, but today I'm just at + or - 0.2mm.
Hello
drawing6 we have 1 EHT of 8m, 1 Colly of 6m, a trumabend of 4m and a turbend of 2m but if you want them, I can send them to you.
the best as @ TicTic says
it's to do tests with your machines
and pieces of sheet metal of diff thickness so diff V
300*50 or 300*100 sheets is enough
it's not very long so not too expensive and then you will be sure of your K factor or loss at the folds
@+ ;-)
I can give you the one from our folding machine (Amada)
And the method to use see this topic:
http://www.lynkoa.com/forum/3d/perte-au-pli-et-facteur-k-avec-une-plieuse-cn-amada#answer-549827
To follow the template table
And then you will have to see that you use the same Vé for the same thickness.
The steel jig table
Be careful, this is valid for S235 steel and for the same Ve, depending on the thickness.
And to be safe, ask your folder to do one or 2 test of development on the console to check that it corresponds to SW's
To make the table we made about ten real pieces and compare with the development of the Amada console (in outer fold imperatively).
And we were not bad at all (1 or 2 tenths)
