Is it possible to automatically duplicate a revision table when adding another sheet to a drawing? because it is not integrated into the background of the plan.

It seems to me that it is not. I believe that each table is linked to a specific view of the sheet.
On the other hand, you can insert a view of your assembly in each new sheet outside the sheet (if you don't want it to be visible when printed) and link the bill of materials to it
