I'd like to know if there's a way to make an automated BOM table that shows multiple part configurations at the dimension level?
I would like to avoid going through part family because the table is in fact a screenshot rendering of excel which is really not practical.
For information I work on Solidworks 2014.

Hello, I believe that it is not possible to display dimensions in a BOM, unless they are custom properties.
Can I put them in custom ownership in case it provides a solution?
I think you can't escape the family of parts to drive your different dimensions.
If I understood correctly, you would like to display your table (from the family of rooms) in a "table" on your drawing?
I just passed with room family.
I manage with Excel to get a result that is not too bad.
I would have thought there was an option to do this in a "hard" board.
Yes, with the BOM you can display a column that corresponds to a custom property!
Finally, I use the part family.
On the other hand, big problems, it doesn't update itself in the drawing!
