Hello
I would like to tag my routing components without creating a file per component, all while using routing components composed of family of parts...for example, I want to locate a DN100 butterfly valve " HV-001 " and the next one in " HV-102 ".
Thanks in advance
Hello Rems51,I found this, maybe it can help =>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Re2GWLCD2Vcand that too => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-PbVBVaLokAToo bad it's in English.And now it's born French => https://help.solidworks.com/2022/french/SolidWorks/sldpiping/HIDD_OPTIONS_ROUTING_FILE_LOCATIONS.htmGood luck.@+.AR.
Hello @A.R
Very good lead for the tag, it's exactly that, but is it possible to retrieve this information in the MEP or in the tree?
Hello Rems51,For my part it is possible by inserting a nomenclature in your MEP, which has just the references you want.… Good luck, @+.AR
And how do you retrieve the tag from a nomenclature? Please note that this is not a custom property.
Hello Rems51,I found this on the WEb, may it answer your question=>https://help.solidworks.com/2021/english/SolidWorks/sldworks/c_tags.htmAnd maybe that =>https://www.javelin-tech.com/blog/fr/2020/06/solidworks-assembly-configuration-bom-headers/@+.AR.
