With SW14, is it possible to set the text size for quantity independently of the text in the balloon?

I don't think so, but I'm going to make up for it.
Not having SW 2014 at hand, we agree that we can't double-click on the quantity text to change it, can we?
If that's the case, I think it's impossible.
I just found an improvement request on the SolidWorks website, so it's not possible and SolidWorks is aware of it: you can be attached to the improvement request to receive an email when it's solved (which can take several years).
