Download disabled when installing solidworks 2019 sp2.0

The installation manager tells me that downloads are disabled and I can't seem to solve this problem.

Please help me

I already had the same problem in the past when I wanted to install a student version on my machine, the error came from the fact that I had not previously opened the 2 installation disks of the software, then you will have to tell it the path of the second cd.

Unfortunately I don't install it from a CD but with an installer downloaded directly from the site.
