Ditto, I can't do it. Yesterday I saw the Lynkoa team's test question, and it worked!

 

And thanks for the tip of resizing the Coyote window, it works!

Does it come from the name of your file? Try to rename it without any special characters.

Is the "+" a special character?

How do I rename a json3D? I can't rename my solidworks files because otherwise I will blow up all my assemblies!

Retest with simple name:

plaque.json3d

For the white screen it's normal it comes from TFT, you have to wait a little for it to display

yes plate also works but not the other one?????

Yet both are parts (not assembled) and are in SW 2014.
