You haven't saved your user profile to restore it?
Otherwise reset your profile temporarily with SW RX and if the option comes back with RX, you will have to think about doing it permanently unfortunately.

For me I would do 2 tests:
1- See if on Word or Excel for example, the list of fonts are visible and works well (if not, it's a windob problem)
2- Start a repair of the installation or load the settings of a backup.
In general, when I have menus that are no longer displayed, it means that SW will crash from here, but that doesn't seem to be your case.
