Curved sheet metal with oblongs

Hello, I would like to make the following piece but I don't see how to make the oblongs once the extrusion is done

Make the sheet metal part, unfold it, make the oblongs and then fold it back.

Thank you for your answer, but the problem is that I've been resuming solidworks recently so I'm a bit lost.. I can make the sheet metal in sheet metal by tracing the curve but on the other hand I can't unfold

What version are you in?

For a rolling sheet metal you have to select the edge which is not curved

then tab sheet metal unfold, on the unfolded part do the oblong functions then fold
