Sheet metal bent on edge perpendicular to one face

Hello everyone,

I have a problem in the design of a staircase.

For a central stringer staircase with wooden tread support. In general, when I create my walking supports, I have no problem making a fold that arrives perpendicular to my stringer, but on this piece it is impossible to select the face. 

 

I tested on a  staircase that I had already done and it works. 

I am also attaching my piece to help me find the origin of the problem.

I just did some tests, this method works with the other 150x100 tube higher up on my stairs, the problem must come from the bottom tube ...

I found where my problem came from, the sketch of my tube was not perfectly parallel to the steps, even if it gave me the measured option gave me 0° it did not say that it was parallel.
