How can you make a rolled sheet tube to be able to unroll it afterwards under SOLIDWORKS2016

You have to draw an unclosed circle, then use the folded base sheet function.

For example, you can use the fold insertion on a cylinder that contains an opening (use the ridge for fold insertion)
