Hello
You must use the convert to sheet metal function:
http://help.solidworks.com/2012/French/SolidWorks/sldworks/c_Converting_Solid_Bodies_to_Sheet_Metal.htm
See also this tutorial:

A screenshot would be welcome so that there is more answer

Hello
The "Convert to sheet metal" function only works on volume bodies. So you have to either thicken the surface.
Or use the "Flat the face" function, here is the information in the help: http://help.solidworks.com/2015/french/SolidWorks/sldworks/c_flatten_surface.htm?id=271c12f0ed5840f1b1b7a427d1365781
Kind regards.
There you go
You have to convert your surface area into volume. By thickening the faces or others.
Then afterwards, don't forget to put a large bending radius on your parts when covering sheet metal. (about 60mm bending radius depending on your tools)
By taking a closer look at your room, it would be easier to redesign it.
Either by making a bent sheet swept, or a twist
