I would like to know if it is possible to create different part configurations in TopSolid, in the same way as in SolidWorks. This would allow me to make a configuration for the part before and after quenching.

It seems to me that Topsolid does not offer this method. You can play with the levels to make the pieces appear and disappear according to the desired configuration.
