HS Computer SW License Transfer

Hello 

Following the failure of my computer, (hard drive HS) I cannot open solidworks to deactivate my license and consequently transfer it to another computer. If anyone can comfort me?

Contact your reseller, they will transfer your license

Same as Doublel, you have to call the reseller who can deactivate the license for PC HS.

Don't you have another workstation with more or less the same configuration where to put the hard drive? Otherwise, you have to contact the dealer.

and he must call me back... Your answers reassure  me for the resolution of the problem

I had the problem months ago and I was no longer under maintenance. My reseller at the time still released the "token" and transmitted the SPs that are fine (well those until the end date of the maintenance)

 

So it should be a bit long, but go well. Don't worry:)

I contacted my dealer again this morning and the problem was solved in a few moments... It's getting better.
