Can someone turn this solidworks 2014 file into Step or Parasolid. so that I can use it with my 2012 version

Hello

For information, it is possible to export SolidWorks files from Edrawing to the STL format, then import the STL into SolidWorks (provided you have the premium version):

Or if no premium version available, you can do it with FreeCAD:
