Hello
Is there a "mill" to transform DXF3D into IGES without opening them by SOLIDWORKS?
I have a lot of 3D DXF files to cut but my programming software doesn't recognize the DXF in 3D, the only way is to transform into IGES or SAT.
Help me please!!

Good evening are you looking for a conversion software other than solidworks?
At Google there is only paid software and none of them do mass conversion. To be seen with mycadtools if it is possible

By running batchconverter 2 times: 1 time for import, once for export.
Maybe it will work fine.

Good evening, you can use DraftSight to open a DXF3D and export it to SAT, see this link:

After that, if you're going to do it in bulk, you have to dive into the DraftSight or LISP scripts if you have the pro version (which is not very expensive).

Importing solidworks task scheduler files doesn't work with 3D DXFs?
even when checking the "import as 3D curve" options, the SLDPRT is empty...
PS when opening the DXF with solidworks I have many volumes.
I don't understand...
Thank you for these few leads:
Is Cross Manager free?

No, it's not free
but you can ask to try it
and if it's a recurring job, it may be worth it
or you ask someone who has the log and for a fee he converts all this to you
300 files is not nothing
which moreover is your parts files are multiple parts
So to do it well I think we should already dissociate these parts in diff folders and give them a proper name

That's the problem, it's a SPOT affair, so a tight budget.
In addition files made by an S/T of our client...
I'm still digging everywhere...
