I want to make a hole with several floors. Is there a function that allows this in a single operation?

On SW2015, it's sketch and "material removal with revolution" function.
For the most recent, not sure if there is a dedicated function.

like PhilippeB; I think you have to go through a sketch and then a removal of material by revolution.

Since Solidworks 2017 there is the "Advanced Drilling" function. Take a look at it if you have a recent version.

I just checked, no new in the 2019 version, this "advanced drilling" function has not evolved.
