Is there a trick, or a possible configuration to arrange the web theme tiles in a specific order in driveworks live?

Unfortunately not.
The tiles are created dynamically by a Javascript that goes through them in the order in which they were created.
The fact that web themes are designed to be partially editable without having to edit the code of the pages does not facilitate this kind of modification.
On the other hand, the integration theme offers an example of a web page copying the corporate skin of the web theme without this modular side.
Changing the order of the tiles will be simpler.
It is also different by default: the tiles are ordered in alphabetical order of their aliases. This can be edited in the dist/js/projects.js file of the web page.
That said, without a knowledge of Javascript, going further will be much more difficult than using DriveWorks with the original web pages...
