It may not be necessary to publish a question every time you publish a tutorial...

 

On the other hand, why not publish a news/week that would recap your published tutorials and what they bring... That would be good, wouldn't it?

Ditto @Yves am also in favor of seeing a notification like the little envellope especially for tutorials, or group comments. Rest of the space between the dots and the identifier;)
