Changing cut line properties
You can change a section view or a flattened section view by editing the properties of the section line. You can set these properties before, during, or after the section view is created.

Hello
If you want to change the line type and weight of the detail view profile, it's in Options>Document Properties>Views>Detail.
On the other hand, for partial cuts I don't understand what you want to do.

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that if you assign your section / view in detail to a layer, the line properties of the layer will take precedence over that of the document properties.
