I just worked on your piece but I realized that you are working on 2021 and I am under 2022. Attached is a screen print of what I have done.

Two proposals are attached (SW2021), depending on whether the bend is level or made up of radial steps.
The steps are only sketched out in the form of surface functions, since the aim is to define the stringers. The geometry of the stringers is generated by surface features, which are then transferred to sheet metal elements.
Curved connections can be made on the basis of helices (simpler solution) or splines, which are more complex but with continuous upper and lower stringer faces.
A piece of advice: I think it is essential to start the design with a sketch defining the staircase from above, to specify the shape of the steps.
