When I perform an action on catia either adding, modifying or deleting a drawing, it automatically resumes its previous state.
To understand the problem, we take the following case:
Suppose we have drawn a line and we want to delete it, when we start the action of the deletion, it is done but after a few seconds it cancels out: the line appears again, but this time the line is out of control, i.e. we cannot perform any action on it.

CATIA V5R21 is no longer supported, which Windows are you on, have you been working with it for a long time or are you just starting out ?
If it's been a while and your PB has just appeared, I advise you to do a little CATIA cleaning.
Temporary files C:\Documents and Settings\your name\Local Settings\Application Data\DassaultSystemes
Catsettings C:\Documents and Settings\your name\Application Data\DassaultSystemes\CATSettings
Of course if you haven't made a copy of your Catsettings you'll have to redo your settings.
