A fold on a plane does not deploy solidworks

Hello

I don't understand why when unfolded the top fold remains folded, the other piece doesn't have this problem. Where does this problem come from? Is it a design error or a bug?

Hello 

This can indeed be a Bug, 

By putting the unfolded fold in a state of removal and re-activating it, the fold is well unfolded, 

Enclosed is the piece and the capture of the envelope,

Hello

In unfolded state checks that in the "unfolded state" folder that the folded is not in a deleted state.

Great thanks, I did the same on my piece, it worked, too bad I didn't think about it before.
