SolidWorks Users: What do you think of my latest tutorial?

Hi all

I just published a tutorial: creating a "Save-Under with SolidWorks" macro

http://www.lynkoa.com/tutos/3d/macro-enregistrer-sous-avec-solidworks

Could you tell me what you think? Especially on the comprehensibility of the macro with the comments for the uninitiated.

I am open to all constructive criticism!

I will validate the one that is the most constructive.

Thank you in advance.

Good evening Lucas;

The idea and the initiative are already very pleasant and positive.

I'll test this one and let you know what I think.

Cedric.

I like the idea, and I must not be the only one because there is a traffic jam when downloading....

I'm going to try because the tutorial makes me feel comfortable so there's no reason why I can't do it

Hello

I don't know how to use the .bas file so

I just copied the program from the .txt file into a blank VB macro.

I don't know if there's the info in the tutorial.

Macro tested and which saves a lot of time, well done.
I just tweaked it a little bit so I could put a code with spaces.

Hello and thank you for this feedback bherraez1.

The procedure I indicated in the tutorial doesn't work?

"In this Microsoft Visual Basic window, from the menu with " File " you can " import a file " and choose the file SAVE.below"

Which version of SolidWorks are you using?

And did you already have some basics in VBA and/or programming?

I use Solidworks 2012 and I am not a VBA or prog user

so I'll try by doing "import a file" in VBA

Hi all

So have you tested on this macro?

Do you have any feedback?

Any improvements to be proposed?

Do you use it? Each person at the BE uses it several times a day in our company, because we create a lot of pieces from what already exists.

I will close this question soon, because it is irrelevant that it remains open!
