Use of chain/belt in schematic representation under SW 2013-2014

Hello

Since the SW 2013-2014 version, I can no longer use the
chain/belt function in schematic representation mode.
I perform exactly the same procedure as with the previous version
and that the SW tutorial but the function remains inactive.
Am I the only one who has noticed this problem? Do you have any solutions?

On the net I found nothing...

I don't know if you're interested in it but there is also a chain/belt function in the assemblies that work very well
