Use of a Trackball type "mouse" in CAD?

Hello

Has anyone ever worked in CAD with a trackball type mouse? For example: https://www.logitech.fr/fr-fr/products/mice/mx-ergo-wireless-trackball-mouse.910-005179.html

I usually use an ergonomic vertical mouse whose comfort I really appreciate but whose lifespan is a little too short in my opinion. I just tested the 3Dconnexion mouse but returned it after an hour of use (wrist and finger pain) and I should test the ergonomic mouse from Logitech and I was wondering about the trackballs and their precision in CAD design.

Thank you in advance for your feedback

The problem is that often in CAD, you need to hold down one (or more) buttons at the same time as you move the cursor.
It's doable with a trackball but you have to have good dexterity in the fingers, to see with the learning time.
