VBA excel: impose a cell format number type "00"

Hello

I created a clocking form. However, after entering a Textbox, the value is converted to Text and not to a number.

After several attempts found on the net, after typing and validating, the format is indeed a number, but as soon as I close my form (with the cross), the cells are converted into text!

Do you know what's wrong?
