Hello
I commonly use the coaxiality constraint of a screw in a thread but I am forced to check "lock rotation" each time, is it possible to have this box checked by default?

In version 2018 and later you have the function of rotating lock in one go.
Look here https://my.solidworks.com/reader/wpblogsfr/2014%252F02%252Foption-verrouiller-la-rotation-avec-la-contrainte-coaxiale.html/option-verrouiller-la-rotation-avec-la-contrainte-coaxiale-solidworks-france
I no longer do the constraints only with the CTRL key, it's a big time saver.

I don't know about the previous versions but it seems to me that it has existed since 2017.
Kind regards
Hi @ Zozo
