A sweep should be enough if it's for flow.
If it's for structural, you have to make the different pieces...
I can't say much more, I don't have CATIA, and I don't fly (at least not outside).

A sail is vast. The basis is to make the outer envelope in surface. This way you can use it to limit the structural elements.

Study of the shape of a FALCON 2000LX wing
The objective of this project is to study the structural of the FALCON 2000LX wing as well as the aerodynamic characteristics. The 2D modeling under CATIA V5 of the existing wing first made it possible to record the polar and thinness of the wing and to deduce the angle of incidence at which the aircraft stalls.
Subsequently, thanks to 3D modelling, the students recorded the lift forces (between 8000 N and 55000 N) and found the force to be applied to the wing during the structural study. The structural study consisted of several phases.
First, a structural strength study under NASTRAN and then a volume modeling under CATIA made it possible to refine the choices of internal and skin structures. Flow measurements were then made using the FLUENT software for each angle of incidence of the flight envelope.
