Your plan list management

Hi all

I'm looking into a new solution to manage our plan lists.
Currently, we have an excel file that includes all our models with the resulting plans.

We are starting to saturate because some plans are used several times, so as soon as a clue has to be made, we have to go through different tabs... (hint added with a search on the workbook, but lines of hint from the manufacturing list are to be done manually)

What are your plan list management tools for your products?
Software? Excel file? ... ?

EPDM safe coupled with SolidWorks is by far the best solution

Hello, I would add PDM/Solidworks + Datarecovery for list exports.

The list of plans versus the list of files is a delicate subject.

For my part, I opted for a variable export in an excel file, placed under PDM that I extract as the weeks go by.

All coupled with a filter in excel that allows me to have only the plan files and the clues.

If you have a PDM method without the DATARECOVERY tool, I'm interested.
