Special View in Solidworks

Hello

I'm working on Solidworks 2019, and now I'm drawing a tree, it has a trunk in several parts and which have branches. Images to understand

What I'm trying to get is in this image

To have each branch level separate, I used body selection in the drawing.

The problem is that the option doesn't work when it's an assembly.

I used " saved views " with the " Capture 3D view " and "section view" tool but when drawing the view becomes a default view again (top view in my case)

I have 2 solutions that I prefer not to use

the first is to save the assembly in part and make the selection (Problem: I want to avoid having several files).

The second is to make configurations in the assembly and to remove material and display the configuration (Problem: too much work several levels of branches).

I want to use the " Section View " and " Save Views " tool, is it possible?

Thank you

Hello

And if you right-click your mouse on the view, then  "properties" and go to the "Hide/Show components" tab, isn't that enough?

Hello

Thank you for your answer yes

I know the method to hide the components/body, (right click on the view) if I can choose which ones to display it will be much more convenient.

Thank you

Hello

In my opinion you will be forced to go through configs or display states

The advantage of display states is that you can easily show and hide components with Tab and Shift+Tab

Hello

Thank you for your answer,

The problem with this solution is that I can't apply it, the main mast (black) and the branch supports (red and green) are in the same part and the yellow parts are components of the assembly if I hide one body the whole part will be hidden.

Thank you
