Are there any known problems with starting 3D Experenece after windows updates?

I had not finished writing this question. So I'll continue here.

After a windows update, I can no longer start 3D Apps like PartDesign.

It seems to start, and I quickly get the attached window. Not a pb of firewall.

Last time I had to reinstall the complete PC. This time I would prefer to avoid. So any idea is welcome.

Hello, on the capture it is asked to wait, the process can last a little while.

Have you waited long enough???

edit: I'm thinking of an update that the software would try to do!?

In fact this display lasts 1 second and is erased, I had a lot of trouble making the capture. I wonder if it's not Windows security rules that are getting in the way.
