3D Experience Blocked?

In my company, we have been experiencing great difficulties with the 3D Experience since yesterday. The tracking console clearly indicates that there have been problems.
This morning, this console is green but we are still in the same situation: freezes / crashes / slowness / error messages... The cartoonists are almost at a standstill. Are we the only ones in this situation or are some of you also experiencing these dysfunctions?

Ticket already done and waiting for an answer (I've already made a pretty impressive number since we switched to this 3D Experience solution... :sweat_smile:)

I must be a visionary genius (or not) when I said that having everything off site added a layer of risk. Here is the proof.

Either it's a problem with a local internet service provider, or a problem with a denial of service attack or other on Dassault servers, or even the Dassault bug.

We crashed yesterday around 16.40, then impossible to reconnect, today it works... I'm not a fan of this cloud either but it's the future it seems... I haven't dug into the operation of sldws/machine/server yet but the 2025 runs pretty well on a mid-range machine...

Indeed, there is an ongoing incident at Dassault Systèmes that impacts the accessibility of the platform.

It should come back but we don't have any more information yet.
