3DExp Electrical Schematic Designer : associate different crimps depending on wire size to dynamic connector

Hello,
We are looking for a way to add crimp contacts to a dynamic connector, but not in its definition, rather on a case-by-case basis. This would allow us to configure the same connector to use a crimp for AWG22 wire in one area, and in another area to use a crimp for AWG18 for example. This crimp reference should then be shown in the connection label table.
Thank you very much in advance!

Hello

Once the component has been inserted (also valid for dynamic connectors) you have the option to " edit symbol terminals".

Then, you can choose the type of wire termination, in this case your crimp contact, for each of the terminals of the displayed component.

It's up to you to create a library of " wire end cap type" (In the Library tab) and to give a description of your contact reference to be crimped.

This change will only apply to the selected connector.

Finally, by modifying your wiring sticker symbol, you will be able to add the " Description of the type of wire ferrule attribute" and make this information appear on the tile.

It should also be possible to upload this information to the BOMs by playing with the BOM template editing parameters.

Have a nice day!
